Acts as a dispatcher during emergency situations when the need arises.Escorts and observes guests and team members to ensure their safety and protection identifies potential safety hazards and reports same to the appropriate individual for proper resolution.

Generates necessary written reports regarding security and medical related incidents involving guests, team members and/or the facility.

Works closely with the Risk Manager on guest injuries and the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator on team member injuries.

Maintains the inventory of all wheelchairs, oxygen, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units, Alarms and any other medical supplies throughout the property.

Maintains the inventory of medical supplies throughout the casino property.

Maintains accuracy and completion of all medical reports and follow-up investigations which involve injuries or illnesses of guests and team members.

Escalate patient care to EMS when ALS intercept is appropriate.

Provides Basic First Aid and maintains stability within scope of practice.

Responds to all medical incidents including ALS, BLS and Basic First Aid for Guests and Team Members.
